This spammer spammed the pack001.com page on December 14, 2004. He was also nice enough to create this page for himself.
The spammer had the IP address 211.158.38.9 (courtesy of HLTT Communication Co.,Ltd., China). hotchina.org is registered to on Lin Heyi, from (guess where!) Chongqing, China. He definitely did not use a bot because he went back after his first attack and removed a superfluous line break. I guess we were lucky that this was not a bot, because he announced that "I am a enthusiast of SEO.If you are not against,I want to add 1000 web pages here." 1000! Of course we are against, dude!
This page creation stuff seems to be the new, hot, cool thing to do in "SEO enthusiast" (aka spammer) circles. One dramatic example can be found on Lee's poor old wiki.
