Joe emailed and about then the spammer got upset. Shortly after Joe got this reply. We then uncovered the connection. At some point the spammer defaced and posted Manni's picture and left stupid comments on his blog. Someone connected to the spammer says they will stop spamming and that they fired the spammer, but they are still at it.
This was a very convoluted case. There were hidden connections all over the place that took a long time to discover. First there was BeTheDealer, they got popular and then created DirectedMarket as a management type website over top of them. So eventually we figured out the family tree: DirectedMarket → BeTheDealer → TC Advertising → Casino-Online-On-Line. TC Advertising was the actual spammer in this case. The BTD people never responded to my email. DM didn't either until I filled out their LivePerson support form. They acted like they were going to help, but oddly they asked for my website address. Later we figured out that was probably so they could stop spamming the address of anyone who complains while continuing to spam everyone else.
