What is a Wiki node?

Wiki node is an idea of Lion Kimbro to improve the connectivity and navigation between wikis. It suggests that each and every wiki should have a node page that contains links to node pages of other wikis about similar or related topics. So a visitor can easily go from node page to node page when searching. It should also help with the problem of OT contributions in letting people find the best places for their contributions. Other systems to find wikis are wiki directories and the meatball-wiki: tour-bus that organizes related communities along virtual bus routes (e.g. meatball-wiki: tour-bus-stop). – Helmut Leitner
