I guess thats a form of Spim (instant message spam). Spim is a big enough problem that AOL recently filed its first lawsuit against spimmers. But spim is done to get user hits, not improve Google PageRank so I think its outside our chongqing area. Check the URLs out in Google and see if they are also spamming websites, if they are (which is likely) we will chongq them. --Joe

Same spammer as reported on SpamReport page "POPFile wiki - September 3, 2004 10:44 pm by 60.25.119.199". At least a bunch of the URLs are the same as before. Google shows 38 results for the new IP, 208 for the previous one. – Joe
