Well, chongqing all started when some spammer kept hitting a wiki Manni and Joe both contribute to. He was trying to improve his PageRank for Chongqing and several other keywords. It turned out that Chongqing is a city in China. If the spammer was so intent on getting it as a keyword for his site it must be an important keyword to him.
