Ann has identified the spammer as Andy Hoffmann, at least that name is used frequently for his whois info. He has been also known to go by the name Ded Moroz, which is a Santa Claus like figure in Russia. She now calls him the Tigerspice spammer after what appears to be the first domain he spammed for, tigerspice.com.
