Chinese Characters

Many spammers are from china, and will use chinese characters for their spam keywords. This presents problems for spam fighters, and also for chongqed.org internal database structures, because the characters are not part of the normal ASCII character set.

Character Encoding on Chongqed.org

Manni made TechnicalImprovements to allow chongqing chinese spammers. i.e. the database supports is fed with unicode character entitities hand hopes that search engines and browsers will interpret them correctly. In the end, though, the URLs to these pages look a little odd.
